Please come back to Fredericksburg! There is no other place that compares with Pueblos. From the food to the drinks to the chips & salsa - it is all delicious! I love the fish tacos & the huevos rancheros...the fajitas are great too! Margaritas are wonderful paired with the nachos...and i like the sangria too! All the food is fresh & made to order. I noticed they have tamales on the menu now, I'll have to try those next time!
Pueblo's is our favorite go-to spot for Tex-Mex! From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. The staff is super friendly and always ready with a smile. Their service? Simply top-notch! Awhile back We were on the hunt for a new Mexican spot after El Paso left and Dan Luis took over (which was a complete and total letdown). Fortunately, we tried out Pueblo's, and we couldn't be happier! The food is fantastic!! The guacamole is always on point, fresh, and packed with flavor. My go-to dish? The Pollo Vera Cruz. It's consistently delicious, with tender chicken and a perfect blend of spices that keep me coming back for more. The shrimp tacos, enchiladas, and carnitas are all very, very good, and let's not forget the queso dip - it's absolutely divine! And let's not forget the drinks - they're always delicious and refreshing, adding the perfect touch to an already amazing meal. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, Pueblo's will win your heart (and stomach)! Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed and you'll probably become a regular!
really enjoyed this small lil tex mex spot. they have a pretty good amount of outdoor seating and the indoor seating is nicely decorated with several booths to accommodate large parties. we loved the guacamole, the three amigos fajitas were good, as were the enchiladas and pollo saltado. the service was friendly and quick! the chips and salsa was also very good — traditional, so nothing too special but delicious nonetheless. another solid sit down option in this shopping area, though it is small so i wouldn’t be surprised if they have long wait times on weekends as they gain popularity
Been coming to this place since moving nearby. There chips are delicious and taste fresh and their salsa is my favorite! Their food is delicious and never misses. The service is always fast and friendly. Definitely stop in if you’re thinking about it!
Visited on a Sunday night. We were excited to find them open. While there were not a lot of guests there was a steady stream of customers. Our drinks and food were brought to the table quickly. The food was hot and delicious. Another great experience! 5/2022I gauge all tex-mex place by the fajitas. So we this was our first time here, that was my order. They arrive hot and sizzling as fajitas should. The flavor was light and fresh, not overly limey. The tortillas were light and fluffy. We were seated quickly and the wait staff were friendly.
I dined in and was pleased with the cleanliness and speed of service. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Tacos Tejanos which consists of three ground beef crispy tacos, with a side of Mexican rice, sour cream, tomato, guacamole, and a awesome corn shell filled with refried beans. They serve great salsa and chips while you look over the menu. The portions are terrific and you'll definitely leave with your appetite satisfied. I recommend this gem of a place.
This is one of my absolute favorite places ! The people that work there , the experience, and food all are amazing. They make some of the best mole I’ve had . Thank you for always being so awesome!
